Hello AGD Group 1 Point People,
At our weekly webinar this morning, we reviewed the timeline for Group 1 AFC/GAFC providers to go live with the new AGD process. This means that as of the go live date, all AFC and GAFC submissions should be completed using the new AGD process.
One key task before go live, included on the table below, is for all AGD Point People to create secure email accounts for communicating with AGD Support.

Check the AGD website regularly for information and updates: https://agd-support.mass-aging-disability.org/. We will continue to hold our weekly webinars at the usual time, Tuesdays at 10 AM. Meeting connection information available on the website.
Please use the time remaining before go live to make sure your users can access the system, and are well versed in the new process.
