Greetings:

This message is sent to all AGD Group-1 end-users. Please do not reply to this message.  If you have follow-up questions, please consult your organization's AGD Point-person.

All provider AGD end-users by now have received an email from Harmony Support that your production account has been updated. Please note: while your portal account has been updated (i.e. switched from field test to the production environment), it may not be fully ready for use until the afternoon of Wed April 1st.  Remember that your Harmony portal ID, password, and password reset security questions remain the same.

Your Account is *not* Ready to Use if

  • you can login to the Harmony Portal, and see an Application link for SAMS 3 (not SAMS 3 – Field Test)

  • You are prompted for an Application Login (a second userid & password).

  • See screenshot 1 below.

Your Account is Fully Active if

  • you are able to click the SAMS link on your Harmony portal page and load the SAMS production application without being challenged for a second password.

  • At the top-right of the application window, you will see your username, and the database identifier, *without* the bright yellow highlight that indicates the Field Test environment.

  • See screenshot 2 below.

Estimated time of completion

At present Harmony expects that all end-user accounts will be fully active by end-of-day Wednesday, if not earlier.

Updates?

When the conversion is completed for all provider end-users, AGD Support will send an update to all end-users receiving this message. 

Any further communications from AGD Support on Wednesday before that success message will be to AGD Point-persons only, via secure email.
