All AGD SAMS users have been updated to enable Assessment XML export from the Production environment.
Locate the consumer record by your preferred method. For example, use the Consumer list. Click the [Consumers] tab.
Open the desired consumer’s record. For example, from the Consumer list, double-click the consumer’s name.
From [Consumer Details], navigate to the consumer’s list of assessments. Double-click the [Assessments] tab.
The [Assessments List] displays. Right-click on the desired assessment and select [Export XML]. All Assessment responses and the Narrative will be exported, as of the last assessment save.
A File Save dialog appears. Identify the location on your drive to which the file should be saved.
The resulting XML file may be opened with any text editor for inspection. For example, in Notepad.
